Login Help

Here are the steps:

1. Enter your user ID by performing one of the following:
   1. If you have set up a username for your account, type it in the User ID box.
   2. If you have an account number, type it in the User ID box. You will find your account number on any invoices you have received from Parastream.
   3. If you have an email address on file, type it in the User ID box.
   4. If you have registered a software product with Parastream, type the registration number in the User ID box.
2. Enter your password in the Password box. If you have not set up a password or don’t remember it, Please use our Feedback form to request a new password. Fill in the Name and Email fields. In the comments box, include your account number (it has digits with a dash in the middle), and your requested password. If you have an invoice number and total amount, that would also be helpful for us to determine you are the account holder. Passwords must be between 5 and 25 characters long with at least one number or symbol   ! @ & * ( ) _ + - = : ; ' , . ? /
3. Click the Login button.
