Parastream Technologies Ships WallGen

DULUTH, GA – March 3, 2004 – WallGen™ creates quick identification background images for Microsoft^® Windows^® desktops.

In development and testing environments, dealing with many computers with different operating systems and configurations can be confusing. WallGen can quickly create backgrounds for each installation so you know at a glance what you're working on. WallGen will automatically determine the computer name, operating system, language, and browser information which you can include in the image. You can also include your own logo, text, font and color scheme if you like.

WallGen is able to run over a network, making deployment in a testing environment is a snap. Any custom settings may be saved on the local machine with the image so you don't have to start all over if you run WallGen again. You may also set up default settings on the server copy so everyone starts off with the same theme when they run WallGen.

WallGen runs on practically any 32-bit Windows platform since Windows NT 3.51 and Windows 95, and is less than 500KB in size.

WallGen is priced at US $49.95 for a CD, or $29.95 for a downloadable version. There is also a free version available on the Parastream Technologies web site.
