- “Robert Weatherford and his company Parastream Technologies have been extremely
helpful and successful in the repair of my Korg BX-3’s upper manual. KORG Canada
and local repair shops were of no use due to the organ’s vintage electronics. Next
I searched the internet and found Parastream Technologies. The web site accurately
described the failure of my upper manual. Still a little uncertain that I really
needed the recommended parts (RP-SM304A) I contacted Parastream for advice. My e-mail
was promptly replied with trouble-shooting suggestions I should try before ordering
parts. I eventually ordered parts but was saddened to find that they did not fix
the problem. I contacted Robert for more advice. Several suggestions were made however
still I had no luck. Robert suggested that I send him the faulty circuit board by
mail. He promptly fixed it and sent it back. All is fine! In summary I highly recommend
Robert and Parastream Technologies to anyone in need of repair of their BX-3/CX-3.
Robert has the passion for and expertise to fix these Korg organs. You can even
mail circuit boards to Parastream for repair. Thank-you Robert and Parastream.”
