NOTE: The CX-3 went through two hardware revisions and several firmware revisions over the course of its production run. Be careful with the upgrades as there are two of them. The hardware and firmware revisions are independent of each other. The Hardware V2 Upgrade Service (07-01000600) corrects some minor electrical noise issues. The Firmware V2 Upgrade Service (07-01000500) updates the firmware to the last official Korg version. Details of the firmware changes may be read here. If you only want one upgrade, we highly recommend the Firmware V2 Upgrade Service over the hardware.
